"Friendly, worked hard to get my husband and I appointments together, they showed me exercises to reduce the shoulder pain and strengthen my arms. This is my second session with them and I would recommend them to others."
"Team was very dismissive of my request to help strengthen my semi-drop foot. They just wanted me to get a brace and use a cane to be done with me. I had to press them to help me. You'll never have attention from a therapist. They only have aides and usually helping 2 to 3 other people. Constantly waited for my aide to return. Watched others wait too. Aides were often in a bad mood or had attitude. Ultimately went elsewhere because I used up my "allotted" time they gave me, even though I requested more time. I communicated on what exercises worked and helped but never repeated those exercises. At the end told me to purchase PT equipment for at home. Absolutely worst experience I've ever had!! Don't recommend at all."
"I completed my therapy today. What a great experience! Having just moved here from the East Coast, I didn't know what to expect. I've had PT before, and it has always helped me. But I wasn't sure if things were done the same out here, and I was stressing a bit about it. My fears were completely dismissed after the 1st visit. Everyone is very professional, friendly and efficient. The level of care and guidance that I got were excellent. Everyone from the front desk down to Bridget, Alex, Michael, Haley and Alana were all great to work with. I would definitely recommend this business."
