"I came in with bad tooth pain and needed to fill 2 scripts. 1 antibiotic and motrin 800mg. The woman cheryl was rude and refused to fill my prescriptions due to not being written up on "tamper proof paper". She seemed bitter and annoyed that she was interupted from taking her break and forced to fill my prescriptions (do her job). I went down the street and this pharmacy took care of it and told me all they had to do was call the dentist and get a verbal. Proving they could have done it but just didn't want to. Probably because I had AHCCCS. Just because someone is not in the same income bracket as you doesn't mean they deserve to be in pain and are entitled to less care. Pretty messed up."
"This used to be a great and reliable pharmacy. Lately the staff have been rude and prescriptions I need to survive have taken nearly a week to fill instead of the promised 24 hours. Avoid it if you can!"
"Have been using Walmart Pharmacy in Benson, AZ for over 2 years now but the last 2 weeks have made the decision for me to change that. I have had to wait from 3PM on Wed until 9:25 AM on Thurs. for 2 Rx's to be filled.One was for nausea and the other was an Insulin pen. I needed both ASAP as I had been to the Doctor and she sent them both over electronically. I spent a very uncomfortable night that Wed. and only Thank God I did not need the insulin. Although Walmart had what they considered to be an adequate excuse, (they were working out of a temporary pharmacy and couldn't locate said medications), I was not impressed by this shabby excuse. The second incident happened this week with refills that requested through my phone at noon on Sunday. Pick up was scheduled for 4:30 PM that afternoon, but RX's were not called for by my husband until noon on Monday, when , SURPRISE, he was told they were not ready and it would be 45 minutes. He did not want to hang around so he came home and I called to make sure they were ready before he went back 3 hours later. I am so over dealing with this Walmart."
