"I was impressed with Sunrise Tires’ focus on customer service. I urgently needed new tires but mine were hard to find locally. Gavin contacted the Vegas warehouse and arranged for my new tires to be delivered overnight. Unfortunately, the carrier was unable to deliver them as promised (by Friday afternoon) and Sunrise is closed on Saturdays. Both Gavin and Kyle came in specifically on their day off to install my new tires as soon as they arrived on Saturday afternoon, which I sincerely appreciated. "THEY DO SO MUCH MORE THAN JUST TIRES. I love these guys! They are always amazing. Very friendly, and they explain everything so I actually know what they are talking about. They are always quick to get me in same day or same week If they are busy. They work fast too I don't think I have ever had to leave my car there for more than 48 hours. I take my car to them for everything and if it's something they can't do they refer me to someone else they trust. I can not recommend more. 10 stars!"
"Needed to have the tires in my vehicle rotated, battery and oil changed. Set up appointment and was able to get one within a couple of days. Once at the shop, the service was friendly, prompt and spot on. Felt well taken care of. Was told it would take a certain amount of time and that too was right on.
