"I went in today to ask them if what the device was called that lets you use dabs without having to use a torch. I said, "Using a torch reminds me of a crack pipe." She. Went. OFF!! She said, "It's illegal for you to say that here! We don't judge!" One, I wasn't judging... just saying my preference. Two, down girl, you're half my age! There are too many smoke shops in town for me to have to deal with getting scolded like a 2-year-old saying a bad word. You guys just lost my business, as well as all of my family, friends, and coworker's business. I hope you're happy."
"Went here today and all though the store looked clean, smelled good and overall was well kept, the girl working the counter completely ruined my impression of the shop. She was not enthusiastic at all. Not saying working in a smoke shop calls for cheerleaders only but like I personally would not have her working in the customer service department of my store. I sounded more professional and kind than she did and I'm the customer!! Honestly, next time I'll look in the window at who's working and head elsewhere if it's her. Sorry, but do better and don't be snobby when your working at a smoke shop on northern of all places. Thanks :)"
