"We visited the store 3 times for some small watch & wedding ring help, the staff was very helpful each time! We had Karole look at my wife’s diamond wedding ring to see if the prongs were ok or if they needed work. Karole inspected it & said everything was fine but 1 prong needed a little buffing to smooth it out. She did this & then cleaned the ring & made it sparkle like new! We were so relieved & happy with Crown Jewels of Havasu wonderful staff!"

"Crown Jewelry is a good place to go for jewelry needs! I was in recently to have the prongs checked on two of my heirloom rings. They checked my rings and cleaned them free of charge. I was told the rings showed some wear but were fine for now. Another store in LHC checked my rings a month or so ago. Said rings were in need of a lot of repair for thousands of dollars!"
