"Bad experience. I’m trying to cancel my order, but it’s impossible. The site isn’t user friendly, there’s no way to view your order after you’ve place it. I did get a confirmation email, but that’s it. Very frustrating process. When someone did answer the phone, she hung up on me because she couldn’t verify my order with my confirmation number. She asked me to come in. Why would I drive all the way there for you tell me that you don’t have my order and you don’t see it? Makes so sense."

"Man, I love it here BUT CiCI??? No. NO. NO. NO. NO. NO. I felt like I had to fight her… and WHY? She said I had two profiles and that’s a YALL problem, not a me problem. I felt like I was arguing with her from the time I handed her my ID to the time I left … I made my order and she walked away to find it, I saw something on another shelf beside us and went to look. This girl didn’t come back….. when she finally did she wanna accuse us of going to get helped by someone else??? No. We went to look at something ma’am …. She is so combative and just argumentative and I feel so stressed after meeting her. Jeez."
"Been coming here for a while. It has always been excellent friendly service, until my most recent visit. AVOID budtender, Perla. Rude, makes you feel rushed, acts bothered & annoyed if you have questions. No surprise there’s several negative reviews about the same person. Management, fix this."
