"I have absolutely loved this place and i’ve spent a ton of money there. I always had a great experience but today as I was walking through the parking lot to find a huge line outside the door, I was told not to smoke my cigarette in the parking lot. It was the Security guard that did it and I really don’t appreciate it. Being told out in the free air, in a free country ,On public property and in a open and freely publicly accessible space and in America no less. I absolutely will never accept anyone thinking they can do that especially the little security guy. He was rude, and should probably stay in his own lane unless securities actually needed. After that experience, I probably won’t be going back. I will be sharing with my friends about that experience too because It’s Not like you’re the only dispensary in the valley."

"Went in on Valentine's Day and purchased indica edibles. The girl at the counter said there was a special buy 2 get one free. I then just decided to get the indica considering I didn't want to spend almost $40 for 2. Not even a minute later I changed my mind and went back with the receipt explaining that I could still buy one to get one free since I had already purchased one and they refused to give me the deal. Won't be back after tonight and will be going to another dispensary. Originally liked this place, but they lost my business."

"3rd time being in here, I typically go to reef Love the atmosphere here, it’s relaxed and chill. The lady at check in wasn’t very nice or helpful as far as letting me know where to line up where atm is etc.the first person you come in contact at dispensaries is so important because they set up the entire experience as well as set the tone for a repeat customer. Products are good, my bud tender was awesome she hooked it up.overall I’ll be coming back for the atmosphere and pricing."

"Been coming here since 2019. The people that work here have always been nice, but the quality and consistency has honestly dropped. Three times now I've ordered a cart from y'all and there was nothing in the package/box. It's very inconvenient. I'll be spending my money elsewhere."
