"Worst experience EVER!! Do the pandemic I made order by phone for arrangement to be sent to husbands office. I made sure arrangement could be sent from 10-11 am due to husbands schedule. Arrangement never received. Called GIRASOLES + I was told by lady they forgot to send the arrangement. To top it off. Lady said that if I requested the refund to my card it would take 4 days."

"I first asked if they deliver to Rio Rico, they said, yes. I asked them what was the minimum charge, they said $35.00. Was charged $54.00. I was told it was extra for Rio Rico. They lost my weekly/monthly business.... Careful!"

"NEVER DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN. Let me explain why. We had ordered flower’s from Floreria Los Girasoles for a wedding. The original agreement was to purchase the arrangement plus pay for delivery. Day of wedding, we received no arrangement so DURING the wedding; we had to go pick it up. Turns out, they quoted us less than they were suppose to, so in turn the OWNER took it upon himself to purposely not deliver it. Not only did they make the first mistake of not delivering, but decided to save himself the money by keeping the arrangement. Keep in mind this was for a family wedding. The owner could have explained to us the situation but took it upon himself to keep the arrangement AFTER we had already paid. Very unprofessional."

"Not the best experience with them. Short story: gave me a completely different arrangement and didn't tell me of all the charges they would be making to my card until I called to complain. I made a phone call to ask for a flower arrangement to be delivered that same week. I specifically asked for two types of flowers that are fairly common to be included in the arrangement, and offered to send them a picture of what I had in mind. The guy who attended me gave me multiple excuses as to why I couldn't do that, but promised to send me a picture of the arrangement before it was delivered. The arrangement was delivered on time, but I didn't get to see it until after the person received it. It was nothing like I asked, different flowers, different colors, and it wasn't even pretty. They also charged me 5 dlls more than what they said they would (delivery charges), it would have been nice to tell me of that before they charged my card. I called back to complain, they said that they had had some problems with their supplier so they used some of the flowers they had in stock, and gave me a more expensive arrangement to compensate. I honestly wouldn't have paid more money than I did for the arrangement I got. And I understand that problems with suppliers can happen but they had my number and they could've called to discuss options. The only solution they offered was to pick up the flowers they had delivered and make another delivery when they had enough stock. This did not work for me at all, I can't just call the person I sent flowers to to tell them the flowers will be taken away for a few days. In the end I just got very angry with their customer service and ended up feeling embarrassed that my name was on arrangement's card. I will definitely try some other place next time."
