"Shameful customer service!!. They sold me a bottle of red wine that was RANCID. We immediately returned it with our dated receipt to exchange it and the staff insinuated that we didn’t store the wine properly. They went on to say “no exchanges.” They have free rein to sell bad products and won’t take responsibility for it!!! DO NOT buy their wine. They are the only store in town that sells it, so if you are a wine drinker please make other arrangements. Extremely poor business practice."
