"I was in a car accident and when I called to report it was given a phone number and told I had to call and turn in report myself. Was unhappy as I was in pain and did not feel up to it. A week later got a bill from towing company. Took the bill to the insurance office and talked with Tony. Was a much different story with him. He took my info, cancelled my next payment, called DMV, took care of the towing bill, and called the adjustors, etc. This was the service I needed the first time I called. I have been with them for 20 years and have always been happy with their service until this car accident but was very happy with Tony and his help."
