"My family and I come to Arizona every year and stay at an Airbnb for Mariners spring training and do a steak night every year. We try and go to a local butcher to get exceptional steaks to grill. I must say this place is above and beyond. The only thing better than the quality of the meat is the kindness and caring of the staff. I could tell from the moment we walked in we came to the right place. The staff was so caring and attentive I just knew if they cared this much about service they cared even more about the product and it showed. We got a prime grade 15 oz New York for myself (just wow perfect texture flavor exceptional), my wife and sister split an 18oz prime grade rib eye just amazing, my mom and step father got a 6oz tenderloin ate like butter. The staff recommended the jkl's Smokey seasoning just umami to the max added a little extra kosher salt and cooked them all on the bbq at the Airbnb. Thank you so much Scottsdale meat market we will be back. Everyone should use this place!"

"I ordered and picked up a dry-aged 40oz ribeye. The cooking instructions and seasoning they provided to me were absolutely unique in my experience. However, I’ll never cook a 2” cut any other way again! That steak was no less than amazing! And I’ve been buying mail order dry-aged ribeyes from great sources for three decades… Finding this market 15-minutes from home was just incredible. Can’t wait to try all of the vast cuts they offer!!"
