"Our first time going to this business in Wickenburg. Bought two sandwiches, the roast beef and pastrami. They were the absolute WORST sandwiches we've ever had. Both were full of fat and the roost beef was chewy. The bread on the pastrami sandwich had black/brown areas. Also, the website needs to state that you take call in orders. if you show up there, be aware that the wait can be 40 minutes. Waited too long for these yucchy food items."

"The food is fresh and delicious. From the case meats, the freshly made lunch to the snacks. I have to say I've purchased meat from COSTCO for the majority of my cooking BUT since I have had the ground beef here, I will now buy all of my ground beef from Capital Meats. We have tried the streaks, the sausages and their monthly box bundles and have never been disappointed by any means. I definitely recommend Capital Meats whether your stopping in for lunch, grabbing a snack, or wanting to purchase some meat for a weekend BBQ."

"I recently visited Capital Farms in Wickenburg, Arizona, home to the CF Butcher Shop & Capital Kitchen, and though I haven't had the chance to purchase any of their beef products yet, my lunch experience there was certainly a delight. The highlight of my meal was the hamburger, which stood out for its delicious taste. The bun, though slightly oversized compared to the beef patty, was still a great complement to the meal. I did find myself wishing the beef patty was a bit thicker, but overall, the quality was impressive. While they don’t offer fries, their handmade chips were a very good alternative. It’s evident that Capital Farms aims to create a tasting experience that encourages visitors to explore their range of beef products. The on-site market is a charming feature, offering a variety of items such as beef, jerky, and other accoutrements. The seating arrangement at Capital Farms adds to its charm, with a few tables inside and some outdoor seating, making it a fantastic addition to Wickenburg. It's more than just a place to eat; it's a destination for those who appreciate good food in a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended for a visit, whether you're there to dine or to explore their market offerings!"

"Enjoyed a onion smash burger, white cheddar cheese, with dill aioli on a onion bun. Out if this world good. We bought some meat when they were at a Phoenix farmers market and enjoyed that as well. Visiting wickenburg for the day and stopped by for lunch, we’ll definitely be back. Great job!"
