"This store is very good. I had an amazing experience when I went. Store was clean, and everything was very professional. The redheaded manager was one if the most charismatic and fun people to be around, while still being well informed and very professional. Overall a great experience."

"So glad to see a Journey’s in the parking lot today when we pulled up to do some shopping nearby. After talking with a couple of employees we found out it’s only been open for less than tow month or so. The store was clean and had a pretty good selection of shirts, backpacks and of course shoes. We found what we were looking for quickly, but unfortunately they were out of the size we needed. They did offer or look in a different color if we were interested. We found the perfect pair of shoes and some accessories with the sale they had going. I left with a happy kid. Service was amazing and very friendly. I applaud anyone who can get my teenagers to smile and talk back. While they are quite social they freeze a bit with strangers. Unfortunately I didn’t catch her name, but the receipt says her employee number is 652437. Prices were good for what we were looking for."

"12/19/2023 between 1:00pm-2:00pm: I hope you have cameras! Rating staff service! We were celebrating an anniversary and went in to buy shoes for a photo shoot. Happy that we didn’t have to make the drive to arrowhead, for once! My daughter asked the girl at the register who seemed to be bored if she could get some help please. And I quote, “excuse me may I get these vans for my boyfriend in a size 9 and a pair of white high top converse for myself in size 7?” Employee got back with the size 8 vans and black converse for my daughter. Granted, to error is human.. so my daughter said “excuse me, you brought me an 8 for him and I asked for white converse” she snapped at my daughter raised her voice with an attitude and said “THAT’S WHY I ASKED YOU IF IT WAS IN MENS OR WOMEN, NEXT TIME SAY SO, JUST TRY THR BLACK ONES ON, BLACK OR WHITE THEY’LL FIT THE SAME!!! Umm, she never asked, and seriously??? Having manger experience, my daughter attempted to de escalate things by requesting someone else to cash her out, to avoid her. The employee who helped my daughter proceeded to request another employee to cash my daughter out. The other employee asked my daughter if there was an issue while the employee that helped my daughter in the first place hovered over the cashier and my daughter. As a manager with common sense you should already assume there is an issue, number one priority is to not escalate the situation any further by confronting a rude employee with a customer OR Vs. My daughter handling herself with grace and remaining calm the entire time proceeds to ask the cashier “can you just cash me out please”, to not add fuel to the fire. The cashier hands the bags over to my daughter and with an attitude also follows the leader of rudeness in this place which seems to be a theme with all employees!! She exclaimed “NEXT TIME HAVE A REAL REASON WHY YOU DONT WANT ONE OF MY EMPLOYEES TO CASH YOU OUT!” At that point my daughter answers her ”you don’t think I had a real reason? You think I’m going to get into it with you in front of your employee? Why don’t you pull me over to the side and ask me if you truly want to find out without causing a scene? Or why don’t you send her to the back?” She replied with “where do you want me to send her this place is too small” I will drive as far as I need to drive to buy shoes anywhere else before we ever step foot here again! Word of mouth does wonders!!"
