"I came in to pick up a prescription for my husband after dental surgery. Sarah, the pharmacy tech, told me they did not accept our insurance (TriCare) but we could have it switched to Walgreens or CVS, but since one was hydrocodone I would have to call the dentist to have them send it over. I said thanks so much and went out to my car where my husband, groggy from surgery, was waiting. I called the dental office and they gave me attitude (but thats a different review). They told me they would call Fry's to figure out whats going on. They called back 10 mins later and told me the pharmacist (a man whom I did not speak to and wasn't even nearby when I went in) said that I was "belligerent" and "walked out" because I "didn't want to pay a copay". Completely untrue. After we got off the phone, I went back to the pharmacy and suddenly they had no problem with our insurance at all. I had absolutely no problem paying a copay and happily did so. Sarah couldn't even hold eye contact with me afterwards. So absolutely disgusted with their lack of professionalism."

"Their hours have been outrageously reduced. My work schedule restricts my free time drastically, so I have been unable to pick up medication that I need the same day, on multiple occasions. I find it ridiculous that a medical facility has such restricted hours."

"Honestly the best Pharmacy in town!! All the others mess up your info and I've had to wait to get my pills because they mixed up my insurance. With Frys Pharmacy, I NEVER have that issue! Everyone there is also very kind and professional."
