"Went to this location tonight to get just ice cream and I get I went in 20 minutes before closing and they had the kitchen lights off so I asked the front counter manager if I could still order and she stated yes, so when I went up to the kiosk to start my ice cream order the kitchen employee told me they were NOT taking any orders. I stated to her that the assistant manager told me I could and that I was just getting ice cream. She said ok. I then asked if she could please put my ice cream cone cup in just the next size up so it would not melt in my car on my way home. She then gave me attitude and said no we can't do that. I've literally been to every other QT around the neighborhood and they all have done it for me. I wasn't asking for extra ice cream just a little bigger cup so I didn't get melted ice cream all over my cup holders. I even said I'd pay extra for the larger cup, still a no and so much attitude from her and I spoke to the manager on duty and she said they could not do that and doesn't care if I was to pay extra for the larger cup. Both employees on duty had serious attitudes and I have never ever had any issues with any QT employees ever, except here at this location with these two ladies. The manager was just plain rude, didn't want to hear my complaint and just asked if I wanted to fill out a comment card..?? Literally so I could write it up and have her trash it as soon as I left!!?? She did tell me the GM name was Sandra, but she is never there at the store. I will definitely be coming back at 9:50pm from now on to order ice cream to see if I continue getting rudeness when I'm literally one of the nicest guys who gives compliments and credit to employees when credit is due. I will definitely be contacting corporate tomorrow and explaining everything that happened to me tonight and making sure those two employees are reprimanded and not do this to anyone else again. Worst QT experience for me ever in my life when I praise QT for having the best and joyful employees on duty."

"Always clean and organized stores with great personnel who greet you when you walk in the door and when you go to pay. Delicious choices of food and drink. Great pizzas from the kitchen and more... Enjoy."

"I was just there. It was very slow, maybe 3 customers. The 2 employees I saw were talking behind the register, while the floors were disgustingly sticky from the door to the restroom. I stop in here about every day and the toilet seat in the women’s restroom handicap stall has been broken and sliding around for about a month. This WAS my favorite QT for cleanliness and friendliness, now I avoid it unless I HAVE to stop here."
