"Poor customer service on hold for 20 minutes to try to speak to someone about an order that was delivered to the wrong house. After spending hundreds of dollars a week, my wife and I will no longer be using this service. Instead of spending money on a big corporat office, they should have used it for customer service where you're not on hold for 20 to 30 minutes. They have really gone downhill badly."
