"I can't even remember when we started buying pies from One More Bite Bakery at the Gilbert Farmers Market but once we did, we never went to any other pie lady. It has been become a family treat. My mother buys from her almost once a month and if my husband and I go to the Farmer's Market, we cannot pass by without buying a pie. We love Jessica's attitude and love for baking and obviously love her baked goods. We even hired her to make our wedding cake and it was the most spectacular cake! My husband loves German chocolate and I don't care for it too much cause I'm not normally a fan of coconut but I couldn't even deny it because her bakes are just so good! I ate every bite of my German Chocolate cake slice and loved it! So easy to work with, so kind, and never been disappointed! 11 out of 10 stars."
