"On Thursday September 8, 2021 my wife went to fill up our vehicle. She went in and told the attendant that she was putting 50.00 in gas. As she was getting her money she asked to use her fuel points. He told her that she should of told him before she gave him the money. He refused the fuel points and she asked for her money back. He refused that also. This individual has no understanding of customer service. A compliant will be sent to Shell Oil Company."
