"Super impressed when I first came in and recommended to all my friends. Since that time I have had multiple appointments cancelled on me last min with some excuse and I can’t get anyone to answer the phone. I have sent multiple emails to corporate with zero response. I have tried to resolve as much as possible before making a review. I would not recommend doing business with this business. By the way closed today when I had an appointment at 1140, no one in sight."

"Went for the first time yesterday. Decided to get a bald fade, as many of the reviews said they did an excellent job... for the money, I figured this was a top-notch place. Got the executive package... not sure why, I didn't receive any of the extras that were included (double steam towel, neck massage, scalp massage) was asked if I wanted a neck shave (reluctantly) and I said "of course... you bald shaved the lower part, right?" I was then asked if I even wanted the shampoo/conditioner, to which I just responded... "I guess not?" My head looks layered, uneven cut all around. Asked to have the top trimmed only 1/4" and to keep it long... stylist must've accidentally took the clippers to the side of my head too high and didn't mention anything. My 2-3in length is now about 3/4in in areas that make no sense. High and tight fade to a hard part turned into same length all the way with no fade. Faded too high at crown of head and evidently knicked scalp with trimmers. I'll be going elsewhere in the future. I've had $20 haircuts that far surpass the quality of this one (inclusive of shampoo, neck massage and hot shave)."
