"Horrible service. Ppl have material to pick up and projects to get done. Supposed to close at 4pm But they decide to start closing up shop and leaving early before the actual time they close. No other pioneer does this. Just lazy business. Rude and unhelpful staff. Told to come back first thing in the morning to get me what I need. And apparently they have incompetent people working that leave the loader on all night so now they conveniently cannot assist anybody in loading up material next morning. Don’t go to this location. They suck. This is not the first time they’ve done this before. Waste of time and money Update: came by a week later. Doors open. They let me weigh in. And get off just to tell me they again cannot assist me because they loader is down again. Please fix the goddam thing or close the doors and close up shop. Just a waste of time. Never come to this location"

"I am a Chandler home owner in need of landscape gravel to rejuvenate my front and back yards. I am very pleased with my experience with Pioneer. I had read prior reviews and was a bit sceptical but these folks made my purchase a very easy and satisfying process. They were busy when I arrived but they were efficient and personable and reasonably priced. I was in and out with my 3/4 ton of rock in 30 minutes. Thanks! I recommend them highly."

"Pioneer is very helpful and knowledgeable. I was trying to match some 1in crushed rock in my backyard. I brought some in and they said it was close to a couple of varieties. Then they showed me where on their display those could be found. I picked it up and left. Very well run and organized. The rock is reasonably priced and much cheaper than Home Depot or Lowes. They will be my first stop when I need more."

"Amazing how big this company is... and they can't afford s C/B radio in the office or loaders. Coming here as a truck driver is complicated cuz you have to call the office to place an order to get a lightweight on your truck to get off the scale... play brand new CB Radio and antenna can cost you about $50 and believe me it would make the life and work of truck drivers a lot easier if you guys would be prepared now I always ask the guys in the office what's wrong with her CB and they tell me that it just broke little do they know I've been coming to this Pioneer for years and it's always the same issue. But the service is awesome. And they are always have the materials we need..."
