"SHELIAS OR HOWEVER HER NAME IS SPELLED AT CUSTOMER SERVICE! She’s beyond disrespectful and thinks she absolutely knows the laws and rules! She chooses when she wants to be a jerk and ID me for only lighters! AZ doesn’t have any laws on specific age requirement for buying lighters. Today she keeps pointing at the we card 30 and under well I’m 31! Then she yells at me as I’m walking out “ILL CARD YOU WHENEVER I WANT TOO” Someone needs to have a talk and educate this lady."
"Very well stocked. Fruits and veggies were fresh. We got everything we went in for. I didn’t give 5 stars for a couple of reasons. When we checked out, the cashier was complaining to another employee about being called to come into work, and we got some ceramic cups which were not even double bagged. Even with that, however, we will be back because of the great selections."
"I usually do pick up only and lately they have had issues with being short handed. I understand this happens beyond your control but I feel terrible for the overworked and probably uncompensated workers like Chad, Nico, and Q. They are all so friendly and such hard workers!!! Daniel helped me tonight and was very courteous, as well. Thank you to the pick up team!!! You are doing your best."
"This is one of the busiest Kroger locations that anyone can find anywhere and they have steady employees and great selections and deals. Been a customer for over a decade. If you ever have a complaint or issue they will listen and correct it. The employees work very hard. Be kind."
