"This review is only for the 2023 Christmas tree. I've always purchased live Christmas tree from Costco but they're no longer selling them so I went with my local Home Depot this year. I went the 1st week of Dec which is what I always do. I live 5 minutes away and got the tree into water Immediately upon arrival. Even though the water level has always been perfectly maintained, this tree is already dead and Christmas is still 6 days away. The branches are snapping off and won't hold up plastic ornaments. Im a single mom, and I can't afford another tree so I guess from here on out we can't light the tree for fear of a fire. I will never purchase a Christmas tree from Home Depot again!"

"Do not use their pro desk for contractors to get a hold of you as a reference. Chris Hertzog they use allot and he is a thief and a scam artist. I have tried to contact Home Depot so they can stop using him with no evail. Desert living and Hertzog renovations are who he hides behind. F rating in BBB and I have first hand knowledge because he ripped me off. Hopefully Home Depot will take him off this reference list. Stay away from him."
