"Not a friendly or accessible ADA establishment. They have only one or two ADA carts for those of us with mobility issues, and have had at least two (possibly more) broken down for at least the last 6 months. Show up any time after 8am and good luck finding a motorized ADA cart. Due to my spinal stenosis I can't stand longer than a couple minutes. If my wife comes with me she can help me take my wheelchair out of the car. But if I'm by myself, I'm SOL. And even if we bring my wheelchair, we wouldn't have room to place it and our families groceries in the car together. So having these carts available is a great help. Walmart down the block just recently had a remodel, where part of that was obtaining a whole new fleet of ADA motorized carts. Now I can go into Walmart almost any time of day and be able to shop. Can't do that at Safeway anymore. It's ironic ; when Walmart provides better service, and is more affordable, than you...maybe something is wrong with the management of your location?"

"Very friendly staff and clean store. Very nice check out employee made sure to scan the coupons for me when I had forgotten. Thank you! Prices just keep climbing and lines longer. They need more help to get us in and out in a timely manner!"

"I would like to recognize an employee who went out of her way to help me today. I was at the gas pump where my safeway card never registers my points. Patricia looked up my # to see if I had points, and found that I had 5 rewards. She entered them in order for me to get the discount. Patricia was very kind and I appreciate how she went out of her way to help me."

"We usually shop here. It's clean and the shelves are neat and well stocked. I like the floral display near the door that you can smell them when you walk in. We no longer get the ads in the mail so we don't see the weekly ads. You can use their app but I like the paper ad."
