"All the employees are kind and friendly except the woman at the front desk. I recieved a text 2 hours from their office before my appointment that said we will see you at 3pm. Show up at 2:55 to be given attitude and told my appointment was at 2:30 and they will "try" and have me seen but it's gonna be a while. Showed her the text from THEIR OFFICE saying 3pm. She didn't care, still had a bad attitude and told me it was still my fault. Will never go back or recommend to anyone. There is a dentist office on every corner that will appreciate their customers, so I walked out and took my business right down the street"
"I didn’t like dental visits and pushed them until I was in severe pain. The reason for my first visit was just like that, a root canal that I was putting off. After seeing Dr Gutierrez, he completely changed my perspective – I now have no problem going in. Dr. Gutierrez was fantastic; I received excellent care, and I left fully satisfied. His approach made the experience remarkably positive, and I highly recommend him for anyone looking for a great dentist. I have also gone back and seen the Hygienist, Karaynn and she was excellent and very informative."
