"Horrible, horrible experience. The receptionist was very rude, and apparently had been friendly with my ex-husband, so she refused to give me my minor children's medical records, stating that she "can't get involved in divorce matters". Somehow she knew I was divorced, and she was refusing to give me medical records, which shows she obviously chose to get involved. I let her know that by law she must give me the records, then she hung up on me! I called back and said I would bring coming in personally with the police, and then she grudgingly agreed (I have yet to see the records). The doctor appeared to have failed to notice some of my daughter's cavities as well, since he told her she had one cavity about two months ago, and she apparently has nine cavities now. My review is Indeed for the office on 12625 N Saguaro Blvd, Fountain Hills, AZ 85268, despite the misinformation that the owner provided."
