"Bram flooring was very helpful, efficient, and reasonably priced. From the saleswoman, to the measurer, to installer and even the manager I felt taken care of. Bram Flooring was almost the exact same price as Home Depot except that Bram Flooring could accommodate my scheduling needs (they measured and installed in two days) opposed to Home Depot that couldn't schedule me for two plus weeks after the measure and couldn't even give me an actual install date until 48 hours prior to the install window time. Bram Flooring even sent out two individuals to come look at a "smell" we had after the install that was blamed on the carpet by some city officials. (The smell was unrelated to the carpet install of course and Bram Flooring did not need to come back out but graciously did.) I would recommend Bram Flooring for your carpet needs and I will use them again if the need arises. Give your hard earned money to a family and local business over the big box stores, especially when the pricing is probably going to be very similar. The only negative I have and reason for not giving 5 stars is that I wish the installer was a little neater on his clean up. He did have a hard job to do by himself, it was a lot of yardage and he worked late into the night so I can't blame him that much. I'd give 4.5 stars if I could. Thanks Bram Flooring."

"We are more than pleased with the results of our tile flooring in our Master Bedroom and 2nd bedroom (just under 700 sq ft with tile baseboards). From the start, Virgil was helpful and knowledgeable in assisting us in determining the right product for our home. Since Virgil has installer experience, he immensely helped us with the details and guided us through the process. Bram uses non-employee installers, but they are are screened and have worked with Bram for many years. Virgil selected Tim's crew to do our job and we were grateful on how his crew worked as an efficient team. They did our bedrooms in two and half days. I have nothing but good things to say about the professionalism and quality of work."
