"Worst customer service I've ever had! I went into this store today to get some tools for work, I was at the pro-desk because I have a company account I use, I stood there for about 15 minutes to check out, I also had my 5 and 2 year old daughters with me. There was even a point where I had to sit down with both my children on the bench next to the desk because we had been standing so long. Not to mention there were two other employees that where behind some computers about 10 feet away from me, they could visibly see where I was standing and did nothing. No one was around to help me, no one came to the desk, so I wasted 15+ minutes of mine and my children's time when it hadn't even closed yet (which signs say 6pm) since it was only about 4:45pm. After waiting all that time I just left my materials on the desk and left. Never wasting my time here again. I'll just go down the street to Lowe's from now on!"
