"Had a filling done here almost 2 years ago and it fell out a week later. They charged me to get it replaced when it was clearly their fault. This weekend, my molar crown they put in a year or so ago cracked in half eating soft scrambled eggs and toast. I will be finding another dentist to fix it. This office is a scam. Just look at the yelp reviews compared to Google. Do not go here."

"Would have ZERO STARS but must be at least 1 to submit. AVOID this boiler room “Dental” office. My first and only visit was for an exam and cleaning. All I got was an $11,000 estimate of dental work they said I would need. Never even did the cleaning. So Ive been freaking out how I’m going to pay for everything until I wisely decide to see another Dentist and was told my teeth are fine. Horizon is just a place to get upsold on unnecessary services. AVOID AVOID AVOID... you’re welcome"
