"**I DO NOT RECOMMEND**Took my mother in for a an hour session - we arrived roughly 10 minutes late. Was told either pay for 50% of the hour or use the remaining time. Here’s the issue, we decided to use the remaining time, I paid with tip upfront, the massage ended 10 minutes early. I tipped for a 30 minute massage… this turned out to be a $3 per minute massage - terrible value & extremely poor resolution engagement."

"My dad passed away and I transferred his PREPAID credits to mine and my sisters name and we had a year to use. I was pregnant for half of the year so I couldn’t use mine right away and then I finally got a sitter to be able to. Well they EXPIRE after you paid? Strange I’d say. Anyways they never told me once that they expire and I had scheduled my first appointment with them, mind you I had a sitter scheduled so I was on my way and then they canceled ONE HOUR before my appointment. Never once did they try and give me anything for it but they expect you to pay for your service if you cancel..? Anyways I had to cancel my last appointment to use up my last credits due to a personal problem and the next day I can get in was 5 days after the expiration date and they will not at all let me use my credit or anything.. they were pre paid for by my FATHER WHO PASSED AWAY.. like I’m Scheduling it in the time frame of the expiration date and it’s 5 days past.. just incredibly rude. The way the handles it was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I have many people that use to go here and WILL NEVER go back."

"There are much better Massage Envys in the Valley. Go elsewhere. The management is miserable to work with. I stopped using that facility over a year ago for another of their facilities. Would they change my membership "home" - no. When I cancelled, they refused to stop my next service charge from going through even though I called 5 days in advance. Apparently driving over a hour each way to the clinic becoming a financial burden is a valid reason to cancel but not valid to not charge me one last month for services I won't use at a poorly managed facility. The level of rudeness makes me wonder how they stay open."

She is friendly and loves what she does which makes the experience better! Sarah is professional and gives helpful recommendations to better the way you feel during and after appointments!
