"Braces were placed by a sweet patient assistant. But there was one girl who kept rushing her and when my very scared 9 years old son was asking questions she would brush him off and she would come saying he needed to be still and quiet. She would hover constantly and asked the girl to hurry up and finish with my son because her next patient had arrived. Guess what? One of the braces came off because i saw that she didnt finish "gluing" the bracket onto my sons teeth cuz i saw she didnt wait on the 20 second marker on the equipment. Well because of the holiday, my son has a loose wire and bracket until Monday (today's Thanksgiving) or who knows when they will have us stop by. The experience was very unpleasant!! The office has some really sweet ladies but there are two who have made my experience and my sons very uncomfortable and horrendous!!"

"I wish I had the same positive experience as others. Everyone was nice and friendly (front desk girls have always been a bit gruff) and answered all my questions. My son got his braces on without an issue and everything was fine. The problem then came when I began having additional questions. What really bothered me was when I noticed they charged me a different price than what I was initially quoted. The front desk would refer me to their manager who referred me to their manager who said she would call me back. Three weeks later and two phone calls, I am still waiting. I had another parent at my son’s school tell me the office wouldn’t honor their original pricing and was given the reason of, “it’s a small practice so we can’t do that” and ended up not going to them. Finally, after one of my patients told me the office initially treats you well then when they have your money, the care and customer service goes downhill, it makes me wish I never started with this practice. Keep your eyes open and don’t be fooled like I was."
