"The worst experience I have ever had at a dentist. Miscommunication between scheduling office and location. There was no record of my appointment at the front desk when I arrived. I was told there is no guarantee of "same day cleaning" despite making an appointment via phone a day in advance. Not a single staff member apologized for the confusion or the inconvenience, just said that "someone must have been new." I felt discriminated against for not having insurance. Not sure I will return for my cleaning. Very disappointed. 0/10 would NOT recommend!"
