"My wife went in as a new patient and they removed a broken crown and advised her that the tooth needed to be extracted. Dr. Patel was very good and informative. Advised her of her options and that they would give her prices, possible appts., etc. She was advised by the office person that the computer system was down and they would call her later in the day with the info. She didn’t hear anything so she called the office on Thursday and they said the system was still down. Three weeks later, she called them. The office gave her the info over the phone but with no explanation or an apology or anything!!! Since we’re going back to Colorado May 1st, something this extensive needs to be done at home and she was looking forward to getting all of her info transferred over to an Aspen Dental there but if this is the way they treat their patients…losing them in the system for 3 weeks..forget it. Soooo disappointing and she had such high hopes with Dr. Patel."

"I am having denture issues. I went in and they suggested a hard reline. With my high gag reflex it isn’t easy. But they got me through it. Rosa I Hernandez is the bomb. She took my insurance and looked into it even when she was so busy. Everybody there is top notch. Angel I think is is name treated me with respect Dr Patel should be everybodies dentist."

"My experience was not positive. It started with walking into an empty waiting room and the front desk person letting me know I was 14 minutes late. When I tried to explain I had the appointment in my calendar at half passed the hour so I thought I was 16 minutes early, it did not seem to matter. I was in extreme pain, my own fault because I waited to long with a tooth ache. So when she said they could squeeze me in but I would have to wait, I waited. Then I had x-rays done and a quick meeting with the dentist who decided i needed a root canal & crown on a tooth plus a crown replacement on another. The bill would have been astronomical. I was then sent to the finance person. I questioned the work that was being suggested and whether or not any teeth were cracked, the finance girl let me know that cracks are not visible on x-rays. Fortunately for me I knew this was not true. After reviewing all the work that was suggested after a short visit, I asked if I could just have the tooth pulled that was causing me pain. The recommendation was not to remove any teeth, even if it was what I wanted. The doctor who would do the root canal was only in the office on certain days so I would have to wait or go to another clinic. I decided to go for a second opinion. My new dentist explained the tooth needed to be removed and to my astonishment, it wasn't even the tooth this place said I needed to fix. I had the tooth removed and the pain is now gone. During the removal, additional bone was added to regrow so I can plan for an implant in the future. At my age and the amount of work I have had in my mouth in my life, I knew a second opinion was needed."

"STOP! BE AWARE! Second Aspen Dental I went to get dentures done. They have no clue what they are doing. Both places did not create the dentures correctly. The first place did the right things and redid the dentures. This place refuses to fix the problem. They did not put the “teeth” in the right place per the dentist and they refuse to redo them. My warranty ended. I have been trying to reach them for weeks. I work nights and sleep when they are open. When I do reach them right before closing, I am put on hold and no one picks up the phone. I call back and they are closed. I just had the phone hung up on me by the Office Manager. They are rude, inconsiderate and don’t know how to treat their patients. This is on them; they created the denture wrong and instead of fixing it I keep getting adjustments. They did that on purpose knowing the warranty will expire. I live in Coolidge; it is very hard with my schedule to get to them. They charge a lot of a bad product."
