"One word, don't. If you are stressed from the holidays or a parent who needs to pamper yourself one last time before the kids go on holiday break, you won't find a rest & relax moment here. To start, when you step off the elevator, you feel as if you are stepping into a basement. The decor is not appealing either. The massage rooms reminded me of a doctor's office room. If you're lucky and appear to look like a Kardashian, they will inform you that there are showers available to rinse the tons of oil and cream off. If you look like an average person, they will give you an excuse about the availability of showers. I was told the sauna was not working and has been out of service for some time. Most importantly, if you are female and have a male Misseus, make sure you undress and jump under the covering fast, he walks right in without knocking. If you are looking for spa experience, try Green Vally Ranch. It might not be near a lake, but at least you will walk out glowing!"
