"Everyone was friendly, warm greeting, you felt as if you were valued as a person. The staff was professional, clear explanations for procedure and the rationale for why doing the procedure Dr Komsomol was very warm, explained everything needed for my plan of care, rationale behind each plan and my options. There was never any hard sell, always, was told this option is recommended, however, if this option is more affordable for you, it is good as well. The finance person was helpful, very clear what would be due after each procedure and the time frame on which it needed to be paid. Also options for each procedure base on affordability In summary: Steely Yard is a very well organized, professional and knowledgeable clinic staffed with some really great people. My experience was one of the best and most thorough exam I Gave everyone had in a dental office and I was VERY fearful of dentists- until I met this dentist and this clinic."

But Olivia who took care of the appointment guided us very kindly, and explain what we have to do and what was going on about the exam and payment plan. And the dentist was also took time to describe our daughter's teeth condition. At the first time we were afraid of language barrier, but they suggested to call a translator without additional fee. It was great experience and thankful."
