"I have been going to Sadie for nearly 2 years, now. She is amazing! I have sensitive skin, am seriously prone to ingrown hairs, and have had some pretty bad experiences at other places. Not with Sadie! She does a great job on my waxing, and she has not steered me wrong on recommendations to improve my skin condition and ingrown hairs. My skin has never looked so good!"

She pays attention to detail a lot more than I would which is awesome cause it makes me feel like I’m really being taken care off by an expert that’ll catch stuff I won’t. Waxing will always be uncomfortable but it’s not a bad experience at Wax in the City, I’ve been coming here for over a year and love their treatment."
"I have been to Kiera 3 times to get my legs waxed, and each time she has been super friendly and bubbly. The first time I went the hair on my legs wasn't long enough to be waxed (my fault), but she nicely insisted on doing a different service so my time wasn't wasted. I would absolutely recommend this location!"

Love coming to see her and will be seen by her for the foreseeable future. The girl at the front desk is also so friendly and knowledgeable!"
