Katie gave me a new set prior to this one and I didn't have much nail bed to work with (nail biter) so she had a challenge and did great. I'd use either one of them."

"-5. MOST expensive and worst experience ever. FAIR WARNING⚠️ STAY FAR AWAY Decided to try a new nail place. I have been going to The same nail place for well over five years. It was a bit farther away but it had promising reviews. HA Went into this location excited because of the positive reviews, However, my experience Was not expected at all and VERY NEGATIVE. There were only Two of us in the Nail salon At the beginning. Tony did my toes and his wife was next to me doing The other customers Toes. When I first sat down i explained to Tony that I had injured my foot awhile back and to be very careful in this certain area As I showed him visually where it's very tender on this particular foot. As i was Talking with his other customer next to me and out of the blue, Tony grabbed my foot just Below my toes In the exact tender spot that I had just Minutes prior had explained was injured, And shoved My foot down in a different place. I am Truly not exaggerating at all. He shoved my foot down pressing on the very tender area. There was a Distinct popping noise And boy did I feel it. I nearly came out of my seat with pain. I stopped him and moved my foot away as fast as I could. And then with agony showing on my face, I re explained to him AGAIN that I had injured my foot A few years ago And to please be more careful and if he needed My foot moved just to please ask me and I would be happy to move it. As his wife looked at me with concern in her eyes she could tell I was in a lot of pain and went to say something, Just as her husband looked at her and then she stopped and did not say a thing. Tony never even said he was sorry to me. This was the part that really got me, Is that he with his words he spoke to me was basically telling me it was my fault of why I got hurt when I was sitting there Holding my foot still and merely talking to the person next to me. I couldn't believe the gull that he was blaming me for him Grabbing my foot the way he did and reinjuring my foot. I truly wanted to get up and leave right then. I was so much in pain and so surprised At him and the whole situation And then his reaction after He was trying to blame me. My husband asked me why I didn't get up and leave. I guess I didn't want to ruffle feathers and didn't want to be rude At the time. The whole situation caught me off guard. i've never experienced this before and he was in the middle of Finishing my toes. I really don't know why I didn't leave, I really should have. Because of the pain that I was feeling as he was finishing my toes. I was not quite as talkative and actually recognized his disrespect and the rudeness that he was showing his wife. His wife seemed quite nice and timid around him and also like she was afraid to say anything. He continuely Would Talk down to her and correct her what she was saying or doing. His true character came out. Then I noticed a new customer coming in the nail salon that you could tell he definitly recognized. He was completely different towards her. I couldn't believe the difference in his character when this other person came in. Truely a jekyll and hyde Experience. Because of this HORRIBLE experience, I have HAD TO GO BACK TO MY FOOT DR. He did several x rays and found Reinjuries to my foot. I have been going back once a month for several months and now have had to go once a week to get laser treatments done in that Area. I Would HIGHLY STAY FAR FAR FAR AWAY from this nail salon. This gentleman, Tony, did not do good work, He was rude and disrespectful, never apologized, Rude and disrespectful to his wife, And is a different person dependent on what customer you are.
