She gives amazing advice for hair coloring tips and techniques even though I do my own haircolor most of the time. My Mom, 87, loves her too and we both see her every 5 weeks or so. "I go there a lot. This time I asked Emily for blue black mind you my hair was blonde so it would have held. Before I left I told her I could NOT see blue at all. She told oh I assure you it's there. Needless to say there is NO BLUE. I feel purposely deceived so they can make an extra dollar. I will not go there again. I have had my hair blue black for many years and there is no reason i should have left with black hair. COST CUTTERS IS A GOOD NAME"
