She explains what's she's doing step by step to ensure a great experience. I am claustrophobic and I let her know going in I might have to stop every once in a while to take a deep breath. "Mellisa gave me beautiful lashes. My lashes were terrible. She managed to create a beautiful set of lashes for me. Not only do they look amazing, but I had them done 13 days before we got the news to lock down and stay in place. ALl my friends who have went other places are freaking out because their lashes are almost gone. Mine are still amazing!! I was so relaxed and comfortable during the whole process. I loved laying on the heated pad. I SO easily could of fallen asleep. She was so gentle while placing the lashes. It was like getting a massage . I have very sensitive eyes. Her lashes and products she uses are if such high quality that I have had no issues. NONE. I have had lashes before that irritated my eyes. Itched or that lifted slightly right away and it made me want to pick at them. My lashes now are soft and fluffy! It is so amazing to wake up and not have yo worry about putting Mascara on. Plus my eye area wrinkles are improving because I no longer am rubbing them trying to get off Mascara every day.. I can not say enough amazing things about her service.
