"Recently, I visited the establishment with a friend and was dissatisfied with the pedicure service provided. Despite this, we decided to give it another chance and scheduled an appointment for two female pedicures at 3:30 p.m. However, upon arrival, we encountered several issues. Firstly, there were no chairs available, and we had to wait until 4:00 p.m. to be taken back for our pedicures. Additionally, instead of the female pedicurists we had requested, we were assigned two male pedicurists. Furthermore, the prices listed online were not honored at the store. Despite showing them the online prices, the staff insisted that they did not honor those rates, which we found to be misleading and deceptive. Due to these inconveniences and discrepancies, we have decided not to return to this nail salon and will seek alternative options that provide accurate pricing and better customer service."

"10 PERFECT NAILS. My nails look fantastic and exactly exactly how I wanted them. My technician listened to all of my requests and was great about understanding, communicating, and then delivering on all of the specific things I asked for. At many places, you have to wait 15 or even 30 minutes even with an appointment. This is not one of those places. But what really struck me was the community vibe inside. Everyone from the technicians to the customers all seemed to be lifelong friends and everyone knew everyone's name. Every time someone walked in the door, a staff member would greet them by name. The environment was just really warm and friendly."
