"My stylist seemed a bit shy but nice. Maybe nervous. I went in for a curly hair cut. She took before and after pics, and I bought one of their hair products after she showed them to me. When I went to pay, the ladies at the front desk were kind of looking at me weird. So I thought omg does my hair not look that good? I got out to my car, looked in the mirror and had a bunch of stray hairs on my face. Idk how I didn’t feel them, but also I was so embarrassed that nobody said anything or did anything about it! Take care of your client 100% before they leave. They all just looked at me like I was some alien instead of being nice enough to say something. I also had an uneven cut. Won’t be going back. I had to go somewhere else to get it fixed."
