"Holly did my nails. Absolutely destroyed my fingers. They are now cut up, swollen, and super hot and painful. Never again. She was so rude to me while she was DRILLING down my skin instead of the nail. Every single one of my fingers are cut up and she blamed it on me moving but i wasn’t even moving. I want a refund for the $85 I spent. Absolutely unacceptable"
