"I was there on 11/16/2023 with my friend,we booked for the same time, Pedi/mani. They put us next to each other and my gal started working on me right away and did a good job however my friend didn't get her pedi started until I was almost done with my pedi and the guy that did it had her feet and hands done by the time I was done with my mani."

"Today was my fifth time there, but after today not sure if I will return. My pedicure was done by the man who works there which for me is the first red flag. He didn't file or shape my nails nor did he do the cuticles and they look like a 3rd grader polished them ...extremely disappointed and stinks for the price we all pay for a service and they don't care."

"I tried Villago Nails for the first time today and couldn't have been happier! Since moving to CG in March, I've tried 3 different salons, all with excellent reviews, and was disappointed in one way or another (service, timeliness, attitudes, etc) I was skeptical to try Villago seeing some of the not so good reviews here, but figured I'd give the "underdog" a chance and I'm so happy I did! Jade did my dip mani wonderfully, and Jemes gave the best pedicure (with an amazing leg massage)! Both were extremely friendly and personable! This is my new regular spot and I would recommend everyone give them a chance! ***edit to add, a mere 10 days later...* sigh...I had the most relaxing time and really thought this would be my go to place. However, within 3 days the dip started lifting (getting caught in my hair, if you know you know)....by 5 days post mani, they were frail and cracking. Today is 10 days post and....its a mess. 3 on my right hand are already completely off. My left thumb is cracked. All nail beds are lifted. There is no reason dip should last less than 21 days, minimum, if done correctly."

"The absolute worst nail job I’ve ever gotten in my life. Not only were they rushing me, but my nails fell off four days after getting them done(I went Sunday). When I returned on Thursday after work they took an hour* to fix two of them, they did not even finish them because the guy did not know how to do flowers. He asked me to come the day after. I couldn’t make it Friday because after work my son was feeling sick so I just went home.The next day (Saturday morning) 2 more of my nails had fallen off. That day I went back and I very politely explained what happened and asked if I could just get my money back please because I didn’t have time to sit there for another hour+ on one of my only days off so they could do my nails. The lady said she would not return my money. To top it off another nail fell off today(same Saturday, not even a week passed)! This was very upsetting to me, I paid $70 for these nails. As you see in the picture below that is not $70 worth of work. The stick on nails you get at the grocery store last longer than this. :( I have an office job so it’s not like I’m hard on my nails. I hope this helps another person choose a better place to get their nails done at. I know I just wanted to treat myself and the results were not what I paid for."
