"Horrible, the manager Alex is rude, and unprofessional they will treat you for whatever they want when it wasn’t your cause of coming in. They charged me for something they didn’t fix! It’s dirty very unsanitary. They are liars to cover their butt. I do not recommend this office."

"The dentists and doctors are amazing! They do a really good job of making you feel well taken care of! The front desk people are just really bad at communicating like they’re nice but I called several times about my insurance coverage just for them not to answer back until the moment of the appointment and found out my secondary insurance didn’t cover. The first day I came they forgot to charge me a fee and then called me back saying if I don’t pay them they’re going to charge me an EXTRA fee on top of the fee that they didn’t charge me at the office. It’s just actually ridiculous. Again, really great doctors but I feel the front desk people don’t actually know what they’re doing. Probably not going to come back after my second procedure."

"Very upset that asked for return calls to clarify needs and not done. Upset that no show from dentist and I wasn’t notified and made an unnecessary trip several times. The waiting room chairs and exam chairs are filthy and it makes me wonder about cleanliness of equipment. You need to clean and update the facility and get busy on customer service!!!!"
