"I don't appreciate being hard sold on doing a sleep study with some company inside the dental office after a receiving a clean no problem dental exam by the dentist for a $3500 mouth guard. This is especially when I say and mean that I don’t have time or interest at this time for something that I don’t even need. I have been to probably 20 different dentists in my life and not one has ever said my mouth/teeth shape was going to cause sleep apnea or stroke or death, which I dont have, nor did I mention anything of the sort in my appointment. Why am I being upsold on things I don’t even ask about? Just clean my teeth people!!! By the way the in-house consultation was with a guy in a construction hoodie with a baby’s playpen (and baby) in the corner of the office. Very unprofessional!"
