"Took my mom in for her appointment at Risas Dental - El Mirage, she’s a new patient. Upon our arrival, we encountered an unwelcoming room atmosphere and regrettably, no greeting from the front desk staff, namely Julie. Julie's lack of customer friendliness and absence of a smile left much to be desired. The manner in which she asked her questions came across as rather impolite, which proved to be quite frustrating. At one point, the unpleasantness caused by Julie even led me to contemplate leaving. I strongly recommend that Julie partake in a customer service refresher course or be assigned duties that do not involve direct customer interaction. Julie, if you happen to come across this review, I’m sure you will, please consider the following examples of exceptional customer service as they may greatly benefit your career, just to name a few: "Hey there! We'll be right with you in a sec." "Thanks for waiting. How can I help you today?" "Sure thing! Can I just get the first and last name that’s on the appointment?" "Got it! I found your appointment and you’re at the right location." "Looks like you're a new patient. Welcome to Risas Dental! Before we get started, I just need to enter your info into our system. Mind giving me your photo ID and insurance card?" Having addressed that issue, I would also like to mention the remaining staff members who offered their assistance during our visit. The level of customer service provided by Jacob was exceptional and had a transformative effect on the overall atmosphere of the room. Frida, who conducted my mother's X-rays, also demonstrated remarkable customer service skills, maintaining a cheerful demeanor throughout the entire process. Following our interaction with Dr. Magee and her assistant Alejandro, we were further impressed by their welcoming and compassionate approach. Their bedside manner was exemplary, and they meticulously discussed the X-ray results, offering a comprehensive plan to address my mother's concerns while also presenting alternative options for additional inquiries we had. Thanks to the outstanding efforts of Dr. Magee, Alejandro, Jacob, and Frida, this experience surpassed our initial expectations, preventing it from warranting a 1-star review."

"I love risas I've done my crowns here before. But today I want to acknowledge one of the workers his name is Axel. After going two times because my temp crown kept falling off right away after they put it in. Axel did a beautiful job and the temp feels perfect. Thank you so much! I hope I don't have to go back for it and see you wen I get my permanent ones. Thank you to the dentist too he's always so nice and caring."
