"Wish I could give negative stars. This experience was horrible! This was my last resort for a quick last minute set since everyone else told me I needed to make an appointment. The place is very unsanitary. The man who did my nails rushed the job and wouldn’t listen. I had to keep telling him after he added the tips, that they were crooked, he tried to debate that they were fine, all the fingers on my right hand were just crooked (LOL that’s a first), I showed my 10 year old and she said “omg mom, why are they leaning?”. Smh. They are all different lengths and widths. Ugh never again."

"I had a "Mom & me" day with my speciL needs daughter. Jennifer & Nickie could not have treated us any better. Both were kind and friendly and very patient with us. We had a pedicure and manicure. My daughter fell asleep while having her nails painted she reached out and was holding Jennifer's hand while Jennifer gently finished her nails. It so touched my heart, they were both smiling!! I had the best pedicure I've ever had along with a great foot massage and warm wax treatment. What a relaxing experience! Big thanks to both ladies. Will be going back without a doubt!!"

"I LOVE how my nails turned 9ut! They did a fantastic job! I was a walk in and I didn't even have to wait 10 minutes. About half way through they got slammed and I didn't feel rushed. The 4 instead of 5 stars is only bc the gentleman was heavy with the file and I have a Couple cuts that I think he may have thought was nail polish. (I got a beautiful red gel polish put on.) Other than that though will definitely go back!"

"If I could give them a NO star I would. I got an infection from being cut by the gal while having a pedicure. I yelped and told her she cut the nail too short and that I would probably get an ingrown toenail from that. She said "yes yes yes an ingrown toenail...I have to cut it down!"; then proceeded to "dig" into the side of the nail until she cut the toe.The work station was dirty, she did not apply a disinfectant immediately after she cut me. I have a swollen, red, hot infected big toe. It is red all around the nail bed, swollen and "angry". I had to go into hospital a few days later for heart surgery and the surgical nurse said I had an infection and needed antibiotics, which I got from my PCP a week later as it was still infected. Even though I soaked it daily in hot water and Epsom salt, along with treating it with hydrogen peroxide and Neosporin antibiotic cream. My PCP tole me if the antibiotics don't work they will have to remove the nail and that if that happens I should take the nail into the owner and show him/her! I cant even touch my toe on clothing when getting dressed it is SO sensitive. Throbs constantly. I have pictures that I wish I could post here. Then I got a "manicure" from another technician (and I use that term very loosely). My fingernails are not done that well either. She trimmed and filed them into squares that were ragged and torn.The sides of some of them aren't covered totally with polish and the topcoat she used was cheap obviously since the polish started wearing off on day TWO. I agree with other reviewers who said that the employees talk talk talk (chatter really) to each other non-stop in their own language and don't pay attention to what they are doing. I suggest STAYING away from this place. I can't believe they are still open. They need to be reported to the health department."
