"I'm in need of a good honest mechanic. I don't care what ethnicity. I took my suv in for a coolant flush and drain. A day later my belt for the power steering and pulley comes off. Now I'm telling you future customers to find services somewhere else. Mechanic are supposed to check for this while performing work under the hood. Whether it was tempered with or not. It should of been brought up. I will get the work done but I will never do any services with them again. FIND OTHER MECHANICS PEOPLE!!"
"BEWARE!! I am not very happy with my latest experience. Last week when True Blue was changing oil & rotating tires, I asked them to check brakes since they were pulling the wheels anyway. The told me I needed back brakes & could do it for $385. I thought this was a very high price & I didn’t have the time anyway. I told them I appreciate them letting me know but no repair now. I just brought my Kia into another business (an honest one) & they told me back brakes were at 70% & no need to replace!! Needless to say, I will not be going back to True Blue again!!"
"Walked in at 9:30 had full caliper and brake replacement and was done in only a couple of hours. Wonderful customer service and very friendly. Great price compared to other places i have been."
"My AC went out in my car today, they saw me immediately. Promised nothing but exceeded my expectations. Within an hour of dropping off they had called us letting us know the issue, price (which was extremely affordable and reasonable) and ETA for fixing. Within another hour it was ready for pick up. Professional the entire time and easy to work with. We’ll be coming here moving forward for all our work. Did I mention it was a busy Saturday? I had called 3 orher locations first that told me they wouldn’t even look at it till monday. Appreciative of the fact they let me drop off my car and said they would do their best but worse case monday."
