"Do not recommend. The purple is my before (professionally done with vegan products by a different stylist) and the blonde is the after. I’ve now spent over $100 in repair products and my own gentle hair extensions to fill in all the melted part. When I reported the issue, the owner called me to offer me $1500 worth of Bellamy hair extensions rather than just refunding even a portion of the $400 I paid for 1/2 of my hair to be burned off. I consulted a previous stylist of mine who happens to be an AZ Cosmetology instructor and she confirmed that the bleach burned through my Cortex and completely compromised the integrity of my hair. I understand the stylists are human but so am I. I went in to get my hair done for a wedding and instead I left with half my hair and now for 2 weeks the damage has been all anyone has been able to talk to me about when they see me. I am distraught everytime i try to do my hair because I’m left with thin burnt pieces. I spoke to the stylist about it and she said that this “just happens sometimes” and no apology. When I spoke to the owner he mentioned that if I use “Suave” products or my “diet” has such a heavy influence that it can’t be necessarily on them. AS IF. No shame to whoever uses Suave but I definitely use high quality products for the purple I had and prior to that I’d let my hair grow virgin to achieve the purple. The audacity. Guess the licensing and schooling is pointless this “this isn’t a science and it’s up to my (the customers) diet” whether this works out or not. Even my widows peak (which as you can see if virgin black) was fried and have split hairs so bad my widows peak is almost gone. 7 months later - Update: my hair is finally a little past my shoulders. Nothing was ever done to correct this. They offered me hair extensions only after my stylist friend called them and told them all the ways they messed up. No way am I ever going back to them and based on what I’ve seen in recent reviews, they continue to get away with their poor business practices. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. ITS NOT CHEAPER THAN ANYWHERE ELSE. Plus there are fake “good” reviews all over this place, it’s so blatant."

"I wish a would have done more research before going to this salon. I went off of a recommendation from a friend. I previously had box dyed my hair so I knew I wasn’t going to achieve my hair color goal. After speaking with the stylist she confirmed this as well. I decided to move forward with the service. What I asked for was a partial balayage. Keep in mind I was well aware that my hair might not lift as good because of the color I had already. However I did expect at least for the application/blending to turn out way better than what it did. I did not realize it was this bad until I started parting my hair into different sections and putting it up. I did not message the stylist who did my service. I hate confronting people and did not want to make her feel bad. I did however contact the salon owner directly to provide my feedback and she said she would have her social media coordinator reach out to me but I have not heard from them as of yet. This might be the first and last time I go there. The only reason I gave my review 1 star is because the stylist was very friendly and professional. I called the salon twice and no answer."
