"I came to this clinic for a consultation about the sensitivity to cold/hot foods I’m experiencing on two of my teeth after having crowns fitted on them 3 months ago. They took x-rays of the teeth and without trying any other treatments they told me I needed to have a root canal because it is very common for the nerves to get damaged during the process of putting the crowns on. Fortunately my intuition told me to wait and get another opinion. I’m right now leaving the offices of another endodontist ( review written separately, Dr Oscar Peńa) who took the time and effort to check my bite, make adjustments to the crowns and recommended to wear a mouth guard at night for a few weeks before deciding to have root canals done. Needless to say, based on my experience I do not recommend Dr Hoebich Endodontics ."

"Had an excellent experience with Dr. Sather and his assistant. I didn’t catch his name but he deserves recognition too. He had dark hair and glasses! The same assistant took X-rays for the evaluation and he noticed something on the tooth that was in question that several dentists prior did not notice. I had a root canal done in Illinois and for some reason they only cleaned out 1/3 roots. It was something that the assistant picked up on when doing my X-rays. I was so beyond impressed. He was also so genuine and kind. I went back to have the tooth retreated by Dr. Sather and I was very anxious. They both were very accommodating to that, checking on me often, they both were very calm, professional and made me feel so comfortable and confident in them. The front desk staff was absolutely incredible as well. Each time I interacted with them they were genuine, happy and helpful. They kept me in the loop when one appointment was running a little behind and I was so appreciative of that. It just seemed like there was a great work flow between everyone and it was a welcoming place to be. You will not regret choosing this office."
