"Spent so much time talking to the owner I never took photos of the interior of Bisbee Olive Oil. I would have taken photos of some oils, balsamic, and the cool looking framed album covers. The owner sold albums in the shops. By the time my wife and I were done talking to him, I felt like he was part of the family. We bought over $140 worth of oils and balsamic. Great store. Even better store owner’s stories."

"First time to Bisbee, and I am so glad we stopped here! The owner is so awesome, quite funny and very personable!! This place had a great vibe and made ya just kinda want to be there.. We could have stayed there for hours. We bought several olive oils and they are amazing, BUT the balsamic vinegars are to die for! I bought the garlic cilantro balsamic and it is the best I have ever had! Seriously! Marinate your chicken in it, and you will thank me!! This is a must see if you go to Bisbee. If you don't check out their website. I'm getting the big bottles now! :)"
